At Allure Extensions we strive to have feasible standards & common procedures in place. Offering temporary and permanent services, we’re looking to have an alluring experience. Below we share policy and terms of services pre and post appointment sessions.

Style payment

Styles are requested to be paid in full prior to completion via debit or cash payment .

Appointments & Deposits

Clients are serviced by appointment base only. NO WALK INS . All styles require a deposit.

Deposits aren’t refundable or transferrable For style (only the daTe at a rescheduled fee of $30 otherwise Do expect to receive the style that you secured .

(unless we have discussed and ESTABLISHED final ADJUSTMENTS with new coNfIrmation email .

IF YOU HAVE AN ACKNOWLEDGED DEPOSIT & AREN’T ON THE BOOKS , IT IS ONLY VALID FOR 4 months .

After securing appointment , for specific Services further confirmation can be required from stylist via text/email . Failure to confirm can result in forfeited appointment .

ALL NECESSITIES ARE INCLUSIVE : cleanse for all styles & extensions for temp styles

(Custom loc extensions can be provided however require additional custom creation quote and is separate from install service

PRIORITY APPOINTMENTS CAN RANGE FROM $50 (maintenance/repair, starter foundations , installs +) - $350 varying on desired service .

Refunds

Absolutely NO refunds. This is applied to forfeited appointments as well. If for any unfortunate reason you’re not satisfied with service, please notify directly within 24-48 hours and you will be assisted with priority response in attempts to mend the matter.

Social Media

If you know The Loc Fairy, you know her favorite saying is “seeing is believing.” There is nothing better than showing capabilities and proof of the products/style. In more reasons than social media, we usually post before and after pictures when style is complete and we like to share it as promotional and informative attachments if needed for future references. If for any reason you would not like to be featured on our account, please notify us during appointment and we will take necessary steps to accommodate your request.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to adjust/modify quotes, styles, products and procedures per company, vendor/distributor, salon owner requests.

Modification

All styles and installs are 100% hand designed and custom per clients natural/relaxed hair dense.
-Most temporary locs contains up to 4 varies of extensions to create locs. Please understand they are hand wrapped and no loc style will be the exact same.

Late Fee

Please be respectful and considerate to stylist time & other clients book. We will only allow a 5 minute delay before further actions .

Complimentary cleanse will be removed and / or $45 late fee (service varying)

Varying on arrival time appointment can be forfeited entirely .

General Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service and refund deposit (If feasible) at any time prior/during appointment.
Only positive / content vibes, patience, cleanliness and respect.

Install times are generally estimated. Expect to exceed accordingly if needed.

One kid allowed if not being serviced. No additional company.

If you wish to refuse complimentary cleanse, please leave hair FREE of products prior to arrival for install. If hair needs to be cleansed, we will require the service or cancel appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Toddler/Kids

-If parent isn’t an existing client, children under 12 must be consulted for temporary styles.
-If you have secured an appointment for a child under 12 without a consult of consent to secure, appointment will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS

Appointments can be cancelled via website client account or style confirmation email . Appointments must be adjusted within 48 hrs prior. Clients that cancel appointments less than required time window are considered a NO SHOW .

NO SHOW appointments ARE NOT TOLERATED & will still be credited by deducting remaining balance . You are 100% responsible for your secured session .

3 days prior / 50 % refund

Sessions will begin on time. Please arrive promptly for your secured session to your advantage .

With these 3-4 hr sessions Student will obtain techniques to master desired skill before leaving . Some techniques will take consistency in order to develop a natural & smooth rhythm . Any reoccurring session with me will be discounted 70% .
